With over 15 years’ experience, Carl has worked for a number of the construction sector’s major players including Aggregate Industries, Toppesfield and Tarmac. A member of the Institute of Asphalt Technology, Carl has a host of professional qualifications covering civil engineering, site management, traffic management, risk assessment and health and safety.

Carl has worked on a long list of flagship infrastructure projects with values of up to £25million a year and has built up a very well rounded portfolio of skills encompassing technical and engineering knowledge, works’ programming, financial management, and all aspects of customer service as well as leadership.
