Topics included a summary of recent successes and investments, reminding the team about the importance of the brand and having consistent standards to deliver a service truly reflective of ‘a trusted and reliable partner’ at every touchpoint – from well-maintained vehicles to top quality performance and customer service.
Darren comments: “I want every employee to have pride in their work and to deliver the best possible Tripod Crest experience for every single customer.
“As we look forward to the next 12 months, we are in a great position. Our Back 2 Work sessions were all about getting the whole team together and communicating the importance of responding to market conditions, living and breathing brand standards, alongside a whole host of updates on health, safety and wellbeing initiatives.
“Other key topics included training, especially around trainees and apprenticeships. Developing the next generation of skilled, best in class workers, is an area that I am passionate about and we will continue to bring trainees into the business and are planning to increase our number of apprentices over the next twelve months, adding to the four already with us.”
Finally, employees were encouraged to ask questions and provide honest feedback. Darren adds: “Increasing levels of staff engagement is another top priority for me and I was really pleased to garner some really honest feedback from the day, which in turn will help us to improve our operation in a way that takes the workforce with us.
